We offer both the classic New York cheesecake made with cream cheese as well as a lesser-known "old fashioned cheesecake" made with bakers cheese. Both are eqully delicious! Our classic New York cheesecake is one to savor with its barely-there graham cracker crust filled with rich, smooth filling. They are available in a variety of flavors with multiple fruit topping choices. Our Old-Fashioned cheesecake has a crust made with pie dough filled with a lighter, less sweet, airy filling, with a cinnamon dusting on top. Available with multiple fruit topping choices.
